As a new Mom, I craved a way to preserve the tiny prints of my son's fast-growing hands.  I started with monthly hand and footprint projects that were proudly displayed on the refrigerator.  Once every square inch was plastered with pictures, I still felt like I needed something more permanent, something I could easily carry with me. 

After a great deal of research, I discovered the art of silver fingerprint jewelry.  I finally found a way I could always keep my son's precious touch close to my heart - by wearing his actual fingerprint!  I find it extremely comforting to wear his print, especially when we are apart. 

I began Precious Prints co. so that I could share the same sense of comfort to others, at an affordable price.  Many other companies offer similar keepsakes but at a much higher cost or with limited variations.  Precious Prints co. recognizes the financial struggles many new couples and expanding families encounter.  We want to provide the opportunity for everyone to enjoy this unique keepsake, without breaking your budgets. 

With silver prices steadily climbing, we added fingerprint charms available in copper in order to offer a variety of price ranges. 

Precious Prints co. is not limited to children's fingerprints.  Although it is recommended, but not necessary, that a child be at least four months old, there are otherwise no age limits.  (A young child may leave more of an impression than a detailed fingerprint - but that is fun to have too!)  Our keepsakes are a wonderful idea for that hard to buy for family member or friend.  For our fellow animal lovers out there, we welcome your pet's nose and paw prints, too!
